Delightfully addictive!

I'm not usually a brittle fan, but I LOVE this brittle! The bourbon's ever-so-slight smokiness adds a rich flavor that keeps it from being too sweet, while the salt and the pecans match perfectly with the rich caramel-esque coating. Bought a big bag in the shop, and am ordering more online for gifts! (And, well, yes, for myself, too--SO GOOD!!)
